In 2013, we inaugurated a biodiesel plant in General Pico, La Pampa.
-The plant has a processing capacity of 50,000 tons per year. In the production process, soybean oil is transformed into biodiesel.
- Law 26,093 regulates the use of biofuels since 2010. Currently, the law establishes a mandatory cut of biodiesel in diesel oil of 10%.
- Biodiesel is sold in the domestic market to refineries.
- The plant complies with strict safety and environmental controls.
